Enterprise Marketing Coordinator

Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Enterprise Marketing Manager, the Enterprise Marketing Coordinator facilitates the efficient operation of all enterprise marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer loyalty/rewards programs. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks, assisting with the coordination of all promotional marketing activities and initiatives for CAA Management enterprise businesses. The EMK Coordinator works collaboratively with the Marketing team to coordinate promotional collateral, focusing on event success, social media content, conducting research and analysis, and carrying out promotional campaigns. This position consists of some weekends and evenings and includes travel between business locations.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Assists the CRM and marketing team with coordination of all on-going projects within the CAA Management Enterprise companies and initiatives.

– Coordinate the conceptualization of plans, designs, production of prints, and online multimedia projects consistent with CAA Management brand guidelines.

– Manage Rewards systems for customers, and managers.

– Creating engaging giveaway and Rewards based campaigns to increase consumer traffic.

– Maintain marketing department filing systems, ensuring monthly promotion information is organized and up to date.

– Coordinate and schedule meetings, reserving conference room, preparing agenda, utilizing MS Office program such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Outlook calendar for scheduling and invitation purposes.

– Record and distribute promotional information to appropriate personnel.

– Summarize generated data in an easily comprehensible and informative manner to a monthly dashboard reporting.

– Participate in marketing round tables

– Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.

– Interact with users and respond to social media, messages, inquiries and comments as needed.

– Provide necessary assistance to Marketing team with graphic design work, such as printing, cutting, and displaying posters, flyers, and other marketing correspondence.

– Routinely monitor and replenish and update business content and promotional signage, including electronic billboard and TV’s.

– Conduct required research and reports for future marketing programs and opportunities, such as; market research, promotional campaigns, rewards program, identifying demographics and target audiences and evaluate current trends.

– Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

– Maintain event supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

– Maintain records and inventory of promotional materials utilized and attendance indicators as needed

– Assist with Events and Promotions (ex. Queen of Hearts, Car Show, Easter Brunch etc.), tracking and drawing, taking photos, promoting on social media prior and during the event, as well as event evaluation forms.

– Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

– High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

– Minimum 2 years administrative experience required

– Event management experience is an asset but not required

– Basic knowledge of Adobe Program (Illustrator & Photoshop) is an asset but not required

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

– Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools

– Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML

– Excellent social listening skills

– Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space

– Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills

– Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills

– Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask and keep organized

– Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

– Ability to work independently.

– Must be able to work efficiently under pressure, adapting to changing competitive conditions

– Knowledge of Mohawk culture and surrounding area markets is an asset

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Able to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time as needed. This position takes place in an office setting, at time prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. This position may also require working longer hours and weekends is a possibility and local travel is required.
