JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Production Laborer performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products, including receiving, packaging, and labeling products. The Lead Production Laborer is responsible for training new team members, assigning tasks and ensuring the team completes assignments according to schedule, while immediately informing the Manager of any issues that may arise. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain focused while being adaptable in an ever-changing business environment.




▪ Responsible for trimming, weighing, assembling, and packaging cannabis flower.

▪ Weighing, assembling, and packaging cannabis flower into prerolls

▪ Apply labels to all packaged products.

▪ Responsible for accurate tracking and weighing of all packaging/production projects as assigned by Managers.

▪ Assist with inventory and warehouse management of cannabis products.

▪ Accurately count, process, and pack finished goods for distribution.

▪ Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, and repetitive movements.

▪ Participation in counting of physical inventory as needed.

▪ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

▪ Maintain equipment in good working condition.

▪ Other duties as assigned.


Lead Supervisory Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and train all new production employees in a professional manner.

▪ Inform Manager of any concerns with team members performance

▪ Ensure the team completes all tasks accurately and in a timely manner.



▪ Cannabis product knowledge an asset, including cultivation methods, harvesting techniques, product types, product profiles, strains, consumption methods, and possible effects.

▪ Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

▪ Able to stand or sit for long periods of time, depending on the task.

▪ Able to move, reach, bend, twist, and lift upwards to 50 lbs. regularly.
