CAA Management is a locally owned and operated company within the Mohawk Territory of Akwesasne. It is the umbrella company for Twinleaf-branded convenience stores, fuel stations, food and beverage venues, and other interests. It is the mission of CAA Management to deliver quality goods and service to Akwesasne and the surrounding community.THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sweet Treats Worker will be responsible for taking orders and presenting desserts to customers while providing outstanding customer service. This position entails being accountable for the daily tasks such as, cleaning, stocking, and money handling. The worker must maintain product consistency, while doing your best to create an enjoyable experience for our customers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to make a great, positive, and long lasting first impression
- Being competent in all phases of work done, such as: working on the line, cleaning, cash handling, and operating POS
- Know and prepare all menu items to order maintaining a consistent product and flow
- Properly dispose of waste
- Effectively handle multiple customers while maintaining poise and upholding our customer service standards
- Work alongside your peers to ensure all products are neatly stocked and organized in their proper places
- Generate outdoor games to enhance customer experience
- Report any issues with machines and defective products to Supervisor
- Performs additional duties as requested by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Experience in a fast-paced business environment is considered an asset
- Must be a strong-team player with an energizing and motivating attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of the Akwesasne Mohawk Territory an asset.
- Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy times
